Estimates for the repair are done at once, you can waiting for
and have a look at it while we are doing it.
Simple problems, like tune up a reed, normaly are done at once.
Larger repairs up to complete reconditions, everything is made
for your entire satisfaction .

Complete tune up
Detach reeds of the reedblocks, remove the old wax and valves,
cleaning in a chemistry, if necessary pretune (rosty reeds, tune
up from a=440Hz to a=442.5 Hz), new valves, fixing the reeds with
new wax and finetune in the instrument (by hearing it, not with
an electronic tuner, because this is not exactly enough).
Treble keyboard
remove keys, if necessary replace old pads for treble pallets,
cleaning, rebuild keys, adjust keys.
Bassmechanics
devide mechanics, clean it, if necessary replace old pads for
bass pallets, rebuild mechanics and adjust it.
Registermechanics
devide registermechanics,
clean it, rebuild and adjust it.
Bellow
change defect callico, fix loose corners, change defect sealings,
fix brocken bellowfolds.
Case
straighten grille, fix
crashes, refit with celluloid
Tuning
if i can tune the
instrument depends on different subjects:
- how dirty are the reeds
- condition of the valves
- condition of the wax
- age of the reeds
Other projects, like reconstructions, are made by arrangement
